"Sometimes the worst day in life turns out to be the best. Jan Broders literally had to find a new direction for his life when he burnt out and physically collapsed at work at the age of 27. He had to spend two months in a clinic to recover physically, mentally, and emotionally and wasn't able to work for an entire year. That experience led him to dive deep into mindfulness, personal development, and coaching. He travelled the world for 3 years (had a baby along the way) and launched his own coaching practice. Today, Jan coaches high performers from around the world and consults corporations on implementing stress management initiatives and leadership programs. He lives on the island of Mallorca, Spain with his wife and two kids."
