What a joy it was to meet with Lindsay and Sowon, on this episode of the podcast. I’d have to say that what connected them both was their sense of fun and creativity in their lives: Lindsay as a steam train builder for kids (in his spare time) and Sowon as the kids tv program creator Warner Media.
They brought us a masterclass on communication and relationships in a fun, warm and engaging way.
Here’s a snapshot of what we discussed:
8:39 - creating vulnerable connections
13:00 - the situation dictates how open we will be
19:45 - asking the right kinds of questions
24:13 - the impact technology has made on conversations
31:15 - personal touch trumps everything
36:00 - the art of truly listening
Plus much more…
