I'm Steve and I'm a former marketer turned coach.
I'm a big believer in there being many points of change - SHIFTS I prefer to call them - in professional life. I benefited from professional coaching myself in my shift from management to leadership positions and witnessed first hand the clarity, focus, energy and conviction it gave me.
My clients may be in a role and wanting to grow. They may be starting out on their leadership journey. They might be undergoing their journey already. They might be changing role. Changing career. Starting something new. Thinking about starting something new. Thinking about changing career. Wanting to shift the things that hold them back.
Equally, they might not quite know what they need to shift but know there's something they want to explore.
